Length: Edited, due to my schedule which barely got me any time to actaully get back on my laptop i couldnt hold it to the last promised date. hopefully no wi have a bit more free time and will get right on it :)

ho ho ho man "who cares" i bet if your on the losing side of that your gonna be asking "who cares".

in my opinion that's ignorant to say. people are banned because they broke a rule, which means they made a mistake. a mistake shouldn't always have to cause you all of your possessions and money because you might get a second chance. ban appeals are there to get second chances after a mistake or offense and if their internet gets out or they have exams or a bunch of reasons but that again doesn't mean a "who cares" attitude.

If admins had a "who cares" attitude and you got banned...who cares? me? no, i get your house, you lose your money. and nobody cares about "Orion" the dude who got banned and lost all his stuff. eventually people get unbanned and wanna get in-game again, banned people aren't officially convicts, or dangerous or always hackers or rule-breakers, some learn their lessons, some become better people, or maybe some break the rules again and get a harsher punishments, its just alienating them by saying "who cares"

Anyway there can be a better way on this whole house time suggestion but in my eyes this would be completely messed up.

And i don't mean to call you out or sound like a douche or a jerk or give a bad first impression of me but it just kind of annoyed me when that was said.

ok ok wait i know im a little late for this but i just wanna say this real quick.

im 100% with stumps, 1. it isn't racist. its not separating blacks, whites, spanish, asian, and whatever the hell else there is.
 
2. Hitler isn't a racist term, he was a person. Hitler was his NAME. and heil means hail so as you can tell it means: hail hitler. This is in no way saying: black people are niggers, white people are crackers, mexicans are wetbacks, i can go on to a million racist remarks and hail hitler isn't one of them.

3. again stumpy is right, this name offends but doesnt carry racism, and if there were admins who would ban for this - none actual racism - then WoS would be empty.

4. i've seen a guy with a name "bigniggajiggalips"

While on the server Pulp, Rikimaru, Zencal, and i (ZealousR) were talking about a few choice matters concerning art. and while on the conversation an idea was struck up to make a new Competition. As you can tell this will be a competition for "artists". we do hope for those who have the art of drawing, editing, using effex to join. we also hope those who arent good to also join, because though they say they can't edit or create they may actually be good at it and wont know it until they've actually tried it, and have good pictures at the end :). So everybody  join. the rules will be explained later on.

To join please put Join:no or yes

Reasons or not a "join: yes, or no" is required. under what you have in your post.

Example: "blah blah blah"
                 Join:yes

there are no requirements to enter. just you. and YOU better be there when it starts.

Deadline: this deadline is for when people want to join and is not related to the actual competition -  April 23rd

aw i be in their next stunt vid..come to think of it. iv never made a stunt vid. this puts my stunting to shame T.T lol

im keeping in mind it was your first stunt vid so im guna say: pretty good job [THUP]

i would try working on better stunts but at least your stunts werent that nubie for a first timer.

well the editing looked basic and not too bad so again: nice job. keep up the good work
