Ok please don't take offense to this if it points to you but if you choose to then idgas
Alright my question would be: Why is it people ask to lock topics when it is not in their section or in their power to moderate? like in the other problems, fizzy answered an already answered question and said "i think this topic can be #closed and thats not the first of that happening (no offense fizz)
and what about the people who have the questions right after? i mean for all we know nobody answered what was needed answered, he could have a question but wait! They can't. IT"S LOCKED. so they either go unsatisfied cause some douche didn't really check if what was needed was answered. and if they make a new topic some nullhead is going to "hey uh why you make a new tawpic dis wuz alredy maid b4" and several post following that one.
So here is what i'm suggesting STFU don't ask for the topic to be locked because if it needs to be locked, the admin/moderator will lock it. if it's a useless topic don't "can we please lock this topic?" no stfu and put up with it, if it's against ToS Then the mods/admins will take care of it.
If it's annoying and useless and has no point being there STFU the MODS/ADMINS will take care of it if it's that big of a problem, OR just don't visit that topic again.
This is just a big a problem as Goodbye topics. and that piece of ignorance still lingers around. YOU know who you are who asks for the topic to be locked, If i could i would make this into a sticky note and FACEPALM your head with divine force with it and hope it stays there.
If it offends you for gods sake REPORT IT don't make a topic saying someone said this racist wordy or someone made a topic that made me feel a tiny bit squiggly inside. Message an admin or click the giant "REPORT TO MODERATOR" button under the post.
Those things are not for show. they aren't there to make the place look pretty. They are there to help things be fair and to stop whiny little bitches from making a big scene from things, and let MODS/ADMINS refer to what they think of the problem themselves.

Yes people flame a lot, yes people break rules or offend one another and OH NO and admin is missing!! well what should we do? oh oh i know let's make a topic saying ___ said ___ and there was no admin D: or There were many hackers today and no admins were on. and oh man let's not forget the rarely ever Flippa Flamed -.-
Admins have their OWN LIVES. actually EVERYBODY has their OWN LIVES. They are just normal people like you and me who are TRUSTED to do A JOB. So when they aren't don't whine and bitch that you got flamed. take matters into your own hands.
Theres a /IGNORE cmd. or maybe ignore them yourselves. or it's the internet get a small piece of time of the game and GET A LESSON IN PSYCHOLOGY. then maybe you can outsmart or outgrow them.
"But i'm twelve, im a kid" so? want a diaper change? i mean when i was twelve i acted like i was 17 people told me all the time that i'm mature. if you're smart enough to read and stunt then your smart enough to log to google and search "the works of psychology"
have fun play, be nice, get new friends but don't depend on Admins or mods to be there when someone is pushing you around. They have their own lives responsibilities JUST LIKE YOU (unless you have no life) and there are always better things to do like going outside or reading something or learning how to edit or make graphics.
There are a MILLION things you can do that you can be good at so try those first.

This is actually Just for the Red part in the beginning the wording and the clips right after are just to show a bit of how the vid would start out. the static right before the bump is actually an FX and not low quality. this was manually made and actually kinda ghetto hard to make

Rules
1. no one can help you actually do ANYTHING with the picture or whatever you are editing, designing, creating whatever.
2. You may use whatever editor you choose but if it interferes with you meeting the challenge by the deadline that is by your own fault.
3. if school, work or a schedule is hard to maintain with this challenge an extension may be asked for BUT it has to be asked for before 3 days of the deadline.
4.there is no amount that you need to edit a picture example: you get a picture from Google you add..a sticky note somewhere on it and you post it. that is not against the rules it'l just look crappy.
5. if you take an already made picture, like past made wallpapers whether they look good or not you will be judged on the editing you did to that picture. Example: someone took a wallpaper that pulp made and added a dot. you will only be judged for that little dot.
6.any resource is acceptable, google, youtube, whatever you may want to get tips, even the shoutbox.
The way this has been decided is a bit unique. There are two teams
Team 1 - Zealousr Team 2 - Zencal
DJPulp Rikimaru
NubieGTAS FiZZy
Gangester[SX] Rishi
The teams will be assigned different conditions which will be named later on. after the conditions are met the team with a losing picture (decided by judges) will have to decide the weakest of their members to be eliminated. More information shall be explained from then.
Round 1 - every member of both teams will have to edit this picture.
every member must have some part of editing the picture.
EXAMPLE: person 1 edits the picture, he/she will pass on the edited picture, not original, edited to the next person of their choice. person 2 edits the picture the way they want it saves it. and sends it to the next person.
i would suggest teamwork. communication is favored for the team to work well. at LEAST two members must edit the picture for this round
After that the judges shall decide
