PS3,Xbox, or PC you usin'?

Well Hame, you can do /rentlist to find out who is renting, I also do not agree on /hcarlock, New guys who don't know the use of /v will have to use it. also you can do /setrentable # to set the number of people who can rent also /setrent ### to set the price, also /evict player_name to ecivt a renting player.
How ya like it now?

As we know not enough houses are left, So i got this idea which is called apartments! its simple, We take a few buildings and put multiple interiors in it, They will be classified into the following...
1.Low Class Apartments
2.Meduim Class Apartments
3.High Class Apartments
We can make bout 10 slots for each, And a blue house icon which the player stands into and types the cmd "/apartments" then a GUI/Normal menu pops up like the following...
First off There will be 2 choices first one "Enter Apartment" second "Buy Apartment" when a player selects one like Enter apartment, New list comes up like this...
AP. 1 Owned by Player1
AP. 2 Owned by Player2 etc...
When he clicks Buy Apartment...
AP1. Owned by Player2
AP3. For sale (#####Euros)

The suggestion is adding gang ranks,which is simple...
When a guy starts a gang he gets an automatic "Founder" title before his name,he can control everything in the gang,also there will be additional commands like /gang promote and /gang demote which will do the following...
/gang promote will promote a player that the founder trusts and will have the power to /gang invite and also /gang kick and /gang demote which the founder can use to demote the bosses he promoted,its kinda simple and will be useful so people wouldn't wait for the gang owner to invite them ^^ well,post your comments here and thanks.
