Once stunt is added there is no way of removing it or modifying it.

we can't really tell without exact location..
could be /dlc though, or a invisible car from various indoor spots (like /stuntworld )
indoor cars will be invisible out-door but still on same spot, other way around too

I just want an option that if u put ur house for sale, that u have 2 option to choose:
1. instantly sell
2. Put for sale (so people can do /bid 's)
and i'd like to have people that haven't been online for 2 months to clear the houses, instead of 1 year..
