It would seem that in your last ban appeal you were unbanned (http://forums.worldofstunt.com/8/monseiur_mimica%27s-unban-appeal-hacks/msg28087/#msg28087).

Unfortunately, thru some unfortunate oversight, you were not unbanned on the server. I have corrected this error and you are now unbanned.

But you were banned by SpliNetiC as well for hacking, and this delay will act as "time served" in regards to your punishment. I hope that you learned your lesson and realize that we are serious about those that try to use hacks on the server. It will not be tolerated and if you are caught again it will result in a longer or even permanent ban.

Reason? Not because i necessarily believe you. Just because I am going to give you a second chance. I also know that if you are banned for a second time, for anything, you will not be allowed to appeal that for a full year.

This being your favourite server, that would suck, yes?

Motivation's a bitch, but I think you will be just fine?

He remains in the ban list, twice for hacking...

So, as I understand this, you mentioned the name of a hacking mod (one that changes gameplay of SA-MP) of which you are in possession and you see nothing wrong with this? Just by having that mod you are encouraging the creation/distribution of it and other mods that hack SA-MP and to you this is alright?

If this is indeed the case, I can understand why you were banned.

You'll find that we have very little sympathy for those that do this kind of thing, yourself included.
