It would seem that, dispite Mattz warning you not to deny the obvious, you still won't admit that this is clearly a hack on your part.

Playing the administrative staff as a bunch of dummies is not the right way of getting your ban lifted. You were caught "red-handed" and the vid proves this.

Mattz, it's up to you now for the final decision.

Sometimes it's better to just walk away and deal with frustration in a different way as opposed to doing something that will get you banned.

In your appeals you have stated that you have read the rules. I don't think this is true. If you had, you would know that double posting is not allowed on the forums, nor is having more than one ban appeal active at a time.

Now getting to your offence: again, if you HAD read the rules before entering the server you would have known that "airbreak" and the like are hacks and they are not allowed on the server. You having said that you accidentally activated it proves that you have these hacks and therefore don't care that you are contributing to the demise of SA-MP by encouraging these hackers to write these programs that alter the gameplay.

So, by saying that you "know the rules" yet did not know what you were doing constituted hacking, you are saying that you did NOT read the rules!

Also, this is your SECOND ban! Because of this, you cannot reapply for a ban appeal for ONE YEAR!

I suggest you grow up some more and then come back at a later time when you have the where-with-all to distinguish what following simple rules of the server means?
