It's possible to have zombies, even without NPC's, although it's a bit complicated, and it's not as flashy.

So, you would like to see bots that chase you around randomly? As in you're stunting or driving, than all of a sudden they randomly pop up near you? lol

You will not see any sort of "Voting" for Administrators, Moderators, or Trials. Becoming part of the staff requires certain skills, and when the time is right, we shall pick upon one that we see that qualifies.
Voting for staff is out of question.
Blame cannot be put on either the staff, or the players, as change is hard for everyone to overcome, and this is what we are trying to accomplish currently.
