Have you tried re-installing the game? and yes more information would be required, as Stumpy has said..My gamef*ucking crash now when i run it and now when i reinstall gta sa same f*ucking problem.

I tried to test with one of my GTA IV vids, Only as a test to make 3d work, then I found out how to do it properly.
