If you see the end of the video, it fixes by entering a shop XD

Maybe you saw this a lot, but:
This happened to me and I wanted to share it for the lulz.
So, my brother was playing and said me to see something, and apparently a lot of textures were fucked up after entering ammu-nation, or whatever.
I didn't even bother to make it HD just for a minute ^^

Now I'm not 10FPS in GTA SA anymore! XD
