That doesn't matter, you weren't un-banned by an appeal therefore you're evading as stated in the Terms of Service.

But i also read this post, i think it was the first or second topic on this Ban Appeal section, it says that ALL THE ACCOUNTS were un-banned on NOVEMBER 3, 2009, 2 DAYS AFTER I GOT BANNED, and it did NOT say that i had to post an appeal for my old ban. That is my proof why i should be un-banned fairly.

I NEVER EVER CHANGED MY INTERNET SERVICE MY IP WAS ALWAYS THE SAME ITS LIKE I MEMORIZED IT.. but i think my stupid cousin tried to go on my account but it has a password that he doesnt know then a bug thingy must have happened that allowed me to go on again but i wana be unbanned

Unfortunately according to our Terms of Service that is still considered ban evasion since you were actually in correct terminology not un-banned by officially legit methodology.
