General / Zero draw distance + lagg.

As soon as i join WoS @SA-MP it laggs alot and the sidewalk and buildings around me takes like 15sec to appear.
Tho, i can still chat with people and teleport around. But there is massive lagg and 0 draw-distance as i wrote earlier.
Has it something to do with the WOS samp host or sumthing?
