So you did use hacks.. But the thing is that you evaded 2 times so your appeal is Rejected, you can re-appeal at 05.03.2010

You crashed with your hydra next to the road in a concavity and to get on the road you used some flying hack .

I can't get in the server..
I connect through the console (that does not cause that problem) it loads 3 those poles or what are they and then disconnects , here is what the console says:
