O now you see and report some evaders but if Watk / LightMetal and some other names what he has been using is in game then you dont report or anything..

But I dont think its possible because when you type /carcolor 127
It says: You cant go over carcolor 126 because of mass crashes or something...
You can have them as second color , for example black and purple /carcolor 0 684
