When you make a skin, if you do, it will only be viewable by you and / or someone else who has it. The reason to create a skin is for personal use, to increase your enjoyment within San Andreas, or just for a stunt video, etc.

I love how the server has become so popular, but it sucks when theres 50 people and only 10 talk, or theres 50 and they all talk german or polish or something, i dont really know.
