Calling someone a tool means something along the lines of saying they help others to abide by rules, and thats exactly what waffles was doing. I have a feeling that you are lying to me.
I've changed my mind. Since it seems that you just need to be taught what you can and cant say, you don't deserve a permanent ban. You made a mistake, and you shall be punished accordingly. One week ban.
