No it is not.

Anyways you will be unbanned in 2 weeks, in the mean time you can think about the rules and get time to understand them better.

You may re-appeal at 28th of May 2010, and you will be unbanned IF you're not caught ban evading on LIVE or the server or else your ban may be extended or even get permanent.

I think you're the one that doesn't know anything about SA-MP. Anything that changes gameplay is against the rules.
As for your information taxi boost is considered as illegal 3rd party modification which was also the reason I gave for your ban.
