You didn't get banned for making a ban appeal. The reason on the ban list is actually telling you to go make a ban appeal and at the end it says "Ban Evade" but I'm guessing the sentence was too long to fully display in-game.
Here's a quote from ban list:

I made some more search and found a player "InJikiPlqKt0r" being banned with that reason as of the picture you posted. Do you remember ever using the name InJikiPlqKt0r?

the word "involving" can totally turn around the meaning of the stunt.
By saying involving it doesn't mean he HAS to do it with the infernus but the infernus has to somehow take place in the challenge.

Example - a psm needs another vehicle to become "stuck"  but instead of of any random vehicle an infernus could be used to make it "stuck" which is making the infernus involved in the stunt.

Good job kooz i liked it that you used a stuck method. and i think the grind added the spice the stunt needed

If you're driving an infernus it's also involved in the stunt... So he can do what ever he wants as long as the infernus is involved in it.

Have you use any other names perhaps? The one you provided is not on the ban list indeed so the only way is if you used any other names and got yourself banned.
