Some mod I use for about year and a half It's an intallation file that contains all that.

You can also find detailed radar and install it manually with IMG Tool.
Animations are something normal in sa-mp.
Clothes.. well I never install any clothes, only the ones that I got in that mod. But I'm guessing that you can also install them with IMG Tool or maybe TXD Workshop not sure...

Well I could kill him in server then I say "OMG I killed Kenny" and you would say "You bastard!"   But that would be admin abuse so... no ^^
