Other Problems / GTA SA weird bugerrorwtfthing

K here i go. I used to play SA and SA-MP just fine. One day it gave me an error, and wouldnt start up anymore (just closed SA after the movies and said that gta_sa.exe needs to close and on SA-MP it closed after the first screen and gave an error). Now i can play only right after installing the game. PulP suggested deleting the gta_sa.set file. I tried, and nothing changed. Yes i have tried removing all mods that i have but that has no effect.

thats pretty slow.
my computer runs IV with 30-60 fps on low/med settings, and i have twice the RAM, and a bit better processor.
i dont know about your gfx card tho. i have a pretty crappy one...
