Other Problems / GTA SA prob

K here i go
I click on my gta_sa.exe (both shortcut and the real gta_sa.exe file) and nothing happens. i try opening gta sa with the crazy trainer, nothing happens. i try to get on WoS, nothing happens. when i do ctrl+alt+delete it does say gta_sa.exe is running. i have tried reinstalling sa and samp and the crazytrainer. this crap started when i got my new gfx card (i got to play SA once, and after that it didnt work. i didnt put any new mods on or anything.

cant see any vids, i only see a link, and when i click it it says the link is incorrect or w/e, so i cant see any vids
