You can get the whole list of character shortcuts at START>All Programs> Accessories> System tools> Character Map
and
You can just select the symbol/character you want and click the copy button.
As simple as that

The board you want to moderate: Humor.
Why you would make a good moderator:I have been around the WoS forums for 2 years now, and I have all the knowledge need to be a moderator, I have loads of free time too. I have read and studied the rules and regulation and have compiled through them.
Extra information: I have also been an administrator in the server earlier.
Do you have clear knowledge of the rules: Yes.
Do you have clear knowledge of the Terms of Service: Yes.
Keeping in mind that there's a warn system, answer the following
What would you do if someone spammed porn: Delete the post at once, warn the player.
What would you do if someone posted 1 word responses to everything: I would PM him and tell him to post at least a proper sentence, or if its something relevant I wouldn't take action, if the situation persists i would warn him/her.
What would you do if someone posted links to hacks: Get the post removed as soon as possible, and make sure the he/she gets a ban, or if its something unintentionally done get him warned .
