You were banned for insulting, you insulted a player in PM just after that player beat you in a /challenge
I watched you the whole day and noticed that you were flaming in PMs.

You were banned twice before in the same year

and ban evaded a couple of times.

Even after being told by Administrator Ron_Dogg that you will not be play for at-least a year if you get banned again.

Other Problems / Re: SA-MP not starting.

Open up SA:MP,
click "Tools" in the upper left corner and then "Settings" .
A box will pop up, and under "San Andreas Installation Location"
click the folder icon and locate your Gta Sa.

Edit: If that didn't work, try deleting gta_sa.set located at C:\Users\<username>\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files. [Default]
