Other Problems / Internet Explorer [Serious Problem]

Well IE [Internet Explorer] is fucking up my computer
Have a look :-


Well i think its some kind of virus and I have no idea how to get rid of it,
Gta Sa or any other game for that matter minimize randomly and IE opens in the background and this happens very often and sometimes even crashes my game.

Avg isn't detecting it and every time I try to end the process it opens 4 more IE's
As you can see to your bottom left there are 93 processes running.
Well I asked the guys at the server and fellow Stumpy suggested I format my PC, so before taking any serious action, just wanted to know if anyone could help me with this situation.

Well....... I haz Fucked up my Account   

I changed my name to "BobTheBuilder" [13 Letter World] Using /changename so I went to Change my...[/q]
When i joined Back wit "BobTheBuilder" And it says to login, So when i type in my password it says "login Failed"

So admino I need Ur Help,[I Added U on MSN] My Old Account was "[MC]Mattz"

Guys I was just joing though Milo's mods and i got a NRG Neon and Plate Fix so i downloaded it, Then Installed the TxD and Dff. So i went to test it out!. But Now my Game Keeps crashing! and i cant Join Wos


NOW I NEED AN ORIGINAL Nrg500.Dff  Pls Upload one for me

Other Problems / Weird Problem

I Was in the server when suddenly the chat box Freezed as if it looked like no 1 is chatting then i pressed TAB and Saw that My and other Player's ping were Freezed so i quite the server. And When i saw The Sa:Mp Player Box I saw My Nick in it, I Even Closed Samp and restarted it But my name what still then. So i tried to join the Server It says Connected to Server But It gets stuck there And doesnt load   

If any Admin could go in and kick me out and i could try joining in
