It wouldn't be buggy at all. Its not a bad idea, even a simple thing like when your in that world, the chat doesn't show to people outside of it and its limited radius of chat, might be nice for people who want to mess around but if they do it in mainchat they really do spam the place up a bit much.

You can now chat in-game to people out of game, and out of game to people in-game! Simply join #WorldOfStunting on irc.sa-mp.com, or if you don't have an IRC client, use ours here
To talk to people in-game, use !msg <message>

So you thought that by breaking another offense it would be better than making an appeal like everyone else that gets banned? I also don't buy that crap that you changed PC to evade, that doesn't exist, you need to change your IP to ban evade and you have done it 4 times now so far. So until you start owning up for doing wrong, your not being unbanned.
