Reason for 3 car rule is that there cant be remembered more than 2 vehicles in the game besides those near you.

U can have the monster near you and stuck, and it will only remember the nrg.

Buuuut, 3 car rule is shit, and i rape it quite often xD

I was out with my 2 friends, both their fathers are proffesional photographer's, so they got some pretty tech ass camera's :)
