Ban Appeal. / I wait a response

Are You Sorry: Yes I'm sorry.
Will you read and accept /rules?: Yes
Extra Info: I'm really sorry for my evade, I just need to know:
1-If I am ban evading.. why can I not see the reason?, does it exist?, does exist reason on banlist to say I am ban evading?
2-I ve banned you because of your ban evade a lot of times in month..
What does that mean?? Can I never entry to server?. Although with another account? WoS is my favorite server and I ve just looked for response.
3-Why am I "banned" just for ban evade when people use hacks like air hacks and that things and they are unbanned almost 1 min after?; I ve not even used hacks or something like that. After this appeal, I just hope to know:
Can I entry or not? (Am I definitely banned just to ban evade?). Thanks, and if this ban appeal is going to be answered; respond my questions. Thanks for time.
