Its just as big as the interior i wanted
And all the nice houses are taken...
Any other questions about why the house is so small

Maybe they could make more hotels as houses there are enough in lv that are just for show but a nice interior and a high price xD and i will buy that and people have good houses

Because i asked ice if he could change the interior and he asked me what house it was but i didnt heared from him..but if its not possible i will buy a other house you know one?
