Will you read and accept /rules?: Yes
I believe I was banned by mistake. Somebody had landed a cargo plane near the /cars spawn, and I managed to drive up one of the wings and was parked on top. A moment later, Deflicted banned me for hax. I believe this to be a mistake - perhaps there was a sync problem and Deflicted didn't see the plane? If necessary, I can see if I managed to get a screenshot.

Perhaps if you knew how to spell and use proper grammar, people wouldn't think you're an idiot. It's called sentence structure - you learn it! Additionally, if people are trying to make fun of you in chat, turn the other cheek and ignore it. They can't make fun of you (or will stop) if you don't respond. They're just trying to get a rise out of you and you took the bait like a champ.
You can turn it around on them, too. Some moron (Plutonium or Uranium or something like that) was making fun of the name I had chosen (CrossfireX). Fine, whatever. He kept going on about it, and eventually said he could pull a better name out of my ass. I told him that I'd rather have a stupid name than go digging around in some stranger's ass. That shut him up pretty quickly.

Hey, is there a complete listing of / commands that are useable on WoS? I know that the /commands list and /othercmds list aren't a complete run down of all of them, so does one exist? Perhaps in a WoS FAQ or something like that? Thanks in advance!

In regards to this, I have a noob question. How many admins are there on the server, and is it possible to schedule times so there's always an admin on during peak hours - or is that already being done?

A lot of people on the server are simply trying to be a pain. Just go get another vehicle. There are lots.
