General / How about an Anti-cheat system?

I am suggesting an anti-cheat system because I've seen lots of hackers when theres no admins on. How about a anti-cheat system that kicks anyone that activates their hack immediately? Like 3 kicks. After 3 kicks then a ban.

I caught a hacker. To prove, got a screenshot of him admitting he hacked. Even Riki saw him hack. He has speed hacks, flying hacks, and gravity hacks. The hacker's name is vankaloy. He said to me in a pm, "yes im hacking." Take a look at the photo. If you don't believe me, ask Riki. He'll do all the explaining.
