As just discussed with Stumpy on the server, not every rule have to be in the list to follow.. If you're asked something when you visit a place, its better just to do so instead of being a pain in the ass..

If you visit a friends, and you have dirty shoes when you enter the house, your friend asks to put out your shoes and you asked him if it's in the rules that you should do that? This is just common sense. Zex was asked 8 times politely to speak English in main chat, so if the question is that I banned him after not warning him enough it isn't he case. If the question wasn't clear, it isn't the case. If the ban was rightful, after asked 8 times, it isn't the case. Zex ignored an administrators advice, and then you deal with the consequences, end of story

I'm totally fine if Zex is going to unbanned, and comes back to the server.
