Unfortunately you will experience this all of the time in SA-MP, due to the way it is coded, it is a somewhat crash-prone modification, and that cannot really be changed. I do advise straying away from using Vista, as SA-MP is not compatible with Vista and you may experience some further issues.

I don't get it either...just seems like you are drawing blue stuff all over random pictures.
