Well i just installed GTA SA Retextured mod and some new NEB graphick and i was fix those problems.

I had some texture and Graphick problems on ATi Radeon HD 5890.It was not rely horible but it loading those builidng slow and i cant se where am i going.
I was playing on laptop.
My spec on laptop are:
Windows vista GE Gamer Edition
SP3
Intel core 2 duo cpu 2.88ghz
RAM:4gb DDR2
ATi Radeon HD 5890
