Well some peapole are saying its a myth in gta sa cuz some of them sole a ghost ship over SF waters.This will happen when its a foggy and with nigh.As like Stumpy said u can hear a good voice when u'r at Jezzy's club.It could be sound from the big boat wich u can see from Jezzy's club place.Or Maybe its a ghost ship
