We need to gather more information on this specific bug. Please do not post your theorys, just post what's required as shown below.
Where you were driving:

Were there many people around you?:

Where you were driving: driving school by /cars
What car: jester
Were there many people around you?: 3 or 4
Did your car completely disappear or was it somewhere else?: completely disappeared
Were there many cars around you?: only 1 or 2
Did using /v fix it?: nope
Did re-joining the server fix it?: yeah
How often did it disappear: just the once

Where you were driving: /airport
What car: Nrg-500 or Infernus not sure
Were there many people around you?: None
Did your car completely disappear or was it somewhere else?: I used /carget and I got some guy in a Utility van (I'm guessing he was on the job) and then used /v and his van was gone. Then he started to run around until he found a Landstalker (Not the /v one)
Were there many cars around you?: None
Did using /v fix it?: No,
Did re-joining the server fix it?: Yes I think
How often did it disappear:3 times different timing. Read below for more info...
This happened after a few seconds of a post above:
Where you were driving: /cars
What car: Nrg-500
Were there many people around you?: Yah I couldn't count them
Did your car completely disappear or was it somewhere else?: I quickly used /v again and checked the guy who's car disappeared last time but he was still in his Landstlaker(Not the /v one) Also he was on the Terrorist job at that time.
Were there many cars around you?: Yah like 10 or more not sure.. all at /cars and some players ones
This one was after few minutes:
Where you were driving: Somewhere on the road from LV to SF
What car: Nrg-500
Were there many people around you?: None
Did your car completely disappear or was it somewhere else?: I quickly typed /carget and got an empty Elegy
Were there many cars around you?: None
EDIT: After I went AFK to report this and when I got back my car was gone and that guy was on job with it again. (I spectated him and used /v and his car was gone and mine appeared.)

Where you were driving: Doherty, near /cars (I was in Stuntwar).
What car: NRG-500.
Were there many people around you?: One more player.
Did your car completely disappear or was it somewhere else?: It was the bike given in the stunt and after disappearing I got teleported at the spawn point of the stunt in another NRG-500.
Were there many cars around you?: One more NRG-500.
Did using /v fix it?: No.
Did re-joining the server fix it?: Yes.
How often did it disappear: Every 3-4 seconds.

What car: Police car (LVPD)

How often did it disappear: every 5 to 5 seconds

Where you were driving: The freighter in the SF bay between /airport3 and /bowl.
What car: BMX
Were there many people around you?: 4 or 5.
Did your car completely disappear or was it somewhere else?: Disappeared during a stunt war so I couldn't tell.
Were there many cars around you?: 4 or 5 BMX bikes.
Did using /v fix it?: couldn't try.
Did re-joining the server fix it?: it eventually went away on its own.
How often did it disappear: about 10 times all about 5 seconds apart.

Where you were driving: On stunt wars, one was on the big press and other around LV cant remember exactly where.

How often did it disappear:
Every time i got on an NRG, sometimes there were pauses, but very short.

Were there many people around you?:There were about six people around /Stuntworld but nobody was at /grove
Did your car completely disappear or was it somewhere else?:My car's shadow stayed, but the vehicle and me were gone.
Were there many cars around you?: /grove and see.
Did using /v fix it?:Yes sir.
Did re-joining the server fix it?:I did not do that.
How often did it disappear:Once.

Were there many people around you?:There were about six people around /Stuntworld but nobody was at /grove

Were there many people around you?: There was only me and Streammy in battle, but he wasn't so close, cause I was trying other bump.
Did your car completely disappear or was it somewhere else?: It was in stuntbattle, so I don't know.
Were there many cars around you?: None.
Did using /v fix it?: Couldn't do that.
Did re-joining the server fix it?: It stopped disappearing after a while.
How often did it disappear: First it was like: 5 seconds -> disappear, 5 seconds -> disappear for 5 times I think. Then it started to disappear just randomly... Like 10-20 seconds.

Did using /v fix it?: No.

How often did it desapear: Well its like this. My friends were playing and i spawned a little boat and sudenly the boat from my friend desapeared. So he spawned new one and my boat desapeared. And then i used /v again and his boat desapeared again. The cars desapeared about 20 times

How often did it desapear: Well its like this. My friends were playing and i spawned a little boat and sudenly the boat from my friend desapeared. So he spawned new one and my boat desapeared. And then i used /v again and his boat desapeared again. The cars desapeared about 20 times
Seems that's the problem.
It happened me too but it was just some guy that he was spawning but he was getting on my bike, and when i spawned, i was getting in his bike.

Guys, You can fix it by yourself.
If your vehicle is disappearing just use /cardelete.
If it's deleted use the /v command again and it will work! :D

I'll just ask to be sure, but I read in an update, that this bug was fixed.
