Title: Unable to change my profile avatar.

Well when I try to change my avatar here on the forums whether its through a link or through an upload I always get this error.

The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved.

Help/information on this would be appreciated.

Well i have the same problem like Stumpy had,i go to "Forums profie information" i click "i have my own pic" and i click somewhere,not in the white box ,where you type the link,and i see under "Personalized picture:" "Do nothing" message,and after that i click somewhere again,and i have the pic i wanted,but when i click "Change profile",it will be
deleted.Also its not working with "i will upload my picture:",the difference is that when i click somewhere for the first time,i don't see "Do nothing",and after i got my picture, i see nothing under "Personalized picture:" . I have tried all the ways,but still no pic...

It appears to be working as intended as of this posting time Black_Ice.
