This time Nka19 need some BIG help :/

I have no idea what the hell is the problem.. Everytime I try to record GTA SA with Fraps I'm getting it like it shows in a video below. Other games are ok I'm just having problems with GTA SA. Also I think it was since I changed my Graphic card from ATI radeon HD 4890 to 5870 :/. I remember someone having this problem before but I really couldn't find that topic. If anyone knows what the hell could be the problem I would be grateful.

Tried 2.9.4 it's the same. Also it was working fine few days ago.

Nevermind problem solved 3.0.3 version worked I didn't know before that there is better version then 2.9.8 already out. Looks like older versions are not supporting DX11 cards with GTA SA.
