I reinstalled XP and when I insert my SA disk i goto My computer then open the (D:) drive and click setup to install SA and every time i go into the D: drive it freezes for about 20 seconds then goes normal... its never happened before :| it dont freeze anywhere else its only when i go into the D: drive, I might try putting in another game now..

ok thanks for the help but its working now i just tried it  a few hours later but if it happens again i'll do as said.
