SA-MP not starting.
« on: May 08, 2010, 12:56:19 pm »
Okay sooo....

Today I was trying to install a mod, and then found it was an illegal mod so I quickly uninstalled it.

After that, I tried running SA-MP and this popped up:

gta_sa.exe - Unable to find Component

This application has failed to start because vorbisfile.dll was not found. Re-Installing this application may solve this problem.

So i tried re-installing ServerFFS, and nothing.

You see, I can put it up. But when i double click on server, and press connect, thats what it says (Above in red)

Please help me !!

The easyst way is = Reinstall San andreas + SA:MP
Mods are nice but anytime it ruined ur game.

Open up SA:MP,
click "Tools" in the upper left corner and then "Settings" .
A box will pop up, and under "San Andreas Installation Location"
click the folder icon and locate your Gta Sa.

Edit: If that didn't work, try deleting gta_sa.set located at C:\Users\<username>\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files. [Default]
