Problems with GTA SA with Fraps/Screenshots

I get a problem like this when I record GTA with Fraps it shows up like this all grainy with colours, when I take a screenshot regularly with Print Scrn and with Fraps also when i ALT+TAB out of GTA this happens. I have tried re-installing but i don't know.

Use the WINDOWS KEY!!!! then your screen might not go like that. Also use F8 to screen your images. Try them and get back to me. xD
