Title: people abusing the server

at 13:00 (GMT+01:00) Brussel, Kopenhagen, Madrid, Parijs are there almost no admins online and then most people are abusing the server , deathmatching, hacking,spamming,CAPitals

please i'll want this to stop
it isn't fun to play
