There are some DDoS mitigation programs out there, some of them are really quite simple, and in most cases, common sence.

A popular way is to simply limit the amount of bandwidth that each user is allowed to use.
As SA:MP doesn't use much bandwidth, simly limiting it to 10kbps in/out could help this - However i'm not certain what Delux-host hosts on uk1.deluxhost.com - more bandwidth demanding programs may have to be throttled differently, but I at least hope he has these systems inplace.
Another way is called Blackhole filtering. This is my favourite since it basically sends all data to a non existant interface called Null0. Since it doesn't exist, the data isn't stored or used in any way. This is also the least performance burdening solution, which is why it's extremely useful.

Either way, this shouldn't be happening in the first place. Delux-Host SHOULD have systems inplace to cope with attacks.
I'm still surprised the server attacks are happening. One of my DM friends has a server on UK1, and has complained numerous times - Bad support anyone?

A couple months ago, I did actually report a number of IPs that Dr.Nick used to the Serbian Telecom with the times of the attacks. With thanks to Jat of course, for actually giving me sections of the ban log.
I'm planning to sent another message again. If anyone here can speak Serbian, it would be alot simpler to write in the ISP's native language, so any help would be appreciated.

Well, that's my 2p on "Deluxhost get your ass up with time"

None of these will work in this situation since its exploiting SA-MP vurnabilities.
