Title: House owner!

Sorry for making new house topic but i didn't find enything like this!

Thing this twice

Player A Got house 1 but he don't play in server enymore ever
Player B want buy this house, when this house come for sale if old owned don't play enymore

Question: When house come for sale if owner don't play enymore?

I heard for this few answesr

''For 3 months''
''For 1 year''                    what is true?

After 1 year of inactivity.
But we will work on a new house system soon so some things will change. Be patient.
