The live chat does not support sending messages from a name with anything other than letters in it.

I'm in the same situation with  [JKZ]Crusaphier. The solution would be to change the forum name into one with letters only ?
Couldn't that be changed ? Because lots of players use other characters in their names except letters.

No, we cannot currently change that.
