« on: July 09, 2009, 07:58:01 am »
K here i go
I click on my gta_sa.exe (both shortcut and the real gta_sa.exe file) and nothing happens. i try opening gta sa with the crazy trainer, nothing happens. i try to get on WoS, nothing happens. when i do ctrl+alt+delete it does say gta_sa.exe is running. i have tried reinstalling sa and samp and the crazytrainer. this crap started when i got my new gfx card (i got to play SA once, and after that it didnt work. i didnt put any new mods on or anything.
HALP!

Hello Muki,

What graphics card are you currently using when trying to open Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas? Make sure you have the latest drivers for that graphics card installed, usually available on the graphics card's official website.

That's probably the issue, once your drivers are fully installed and your registry information is updated by the installation software, you should be able to play without any more issues.

Ok, Try going to the nVidia display driver console/control panel by right clicking your desktop, Once found there should be a dropdown menu on the left "Select A Task" In the 3d settings tab there should be "Manage 3d Settings" Once clicked on it will display the options to the right, Select the "Global" tab and turn the "Antialiasing - setting" to the NONE option, If the problem occurs, Try different Antialiasing options, The same problem happened to me with Frets On Fire, Halo and Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. Hope it works.

Make sure that you setup your graphics card correctly when installing it into your PC. Make sure that you connected a working power supply connection to its input if needed (Which your card does appear to). If you fail to do so, you may have serious issues with the card functioning correctly.
