Hello! I dont know hot to set a picture to my clan.
please Help me.

yes there are pictures for gangs/clans.. whatever, when you have a look in the gang AoN, there you will see one

Upload it to an upload site like photobucket,
copy the IMG code
and paste it somehow in the gang screen ( may be under Profile--->Game Account--->Gang)
