Title: Any1 read it and help me this not my comp its from my sister
Post by: Murat on April 30, 2010, 11:34:44 am: okay can any1 help my hard drive is really bad damaged idk what happend when is start my computer then it shows a blue screen and thats not normal i always get viruses from idk agenttrojan and trojanhorse i want to remove these problems any1 can help me pls help me and how

I AM ON MY SIS HER COMPUTER!

Use these two programs that I use on my customer's computers to fix them. I use Malware Bytes and SuperAntiSpyware, they usually work well for me. They are both free to download. If this doesn't work you might have to re-install Windows.
Oh yah, and about the hard drive from the description you give it doesn't look like the hard drive is badly damaged to me. If the hard drive is really damaged it cannot be fixed, you will have to buy a new hard drive.

if its so, then i suggest you re-install windows, if it doesn't work, then bring to expert's (computer stores)

Is er een kans dat we meer info krijgen? zoals wat voor blauw scherm (ik dacht 2de zin van het scherm)
ik doe een gokje dat het Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_area is,
zoja, dan zou ik je windows opnieuw installeren, als dat niet werkt, of je weet niet hoe, dan zou ik hem naar experts brengen.. (computer winkels etc.)

Like Brendon said, you can use a program to remove any infections, and if that doesn't work, then completely format the drive so that everything will be removed from it and then re-install Windows.

You could take it to an "expert", but they will just take out your hard drive and put in a new one then charge you an obscene amount of money.

Formatting a hard drive and re-installing Windows = A few hours of your time

Giving your PC to an "expert" = $100 - $400

you americans have expensive experts, here its a maximum of $100
i suggest you do it by yourself, or with a friend who knows more about computers than you do. its not very hard, but if you do 'fuck up', you might have bad results. i suggest you take your time and follow a youtube tutorial while formatting (possibly from another computer, as you obviously cant watch videos while formatting).
