i care little for the euros, i just want to buy something lmao.

So all you did was adding "WoS" on every BB , and did i saw "Admins are our future" ? meh .. k no comments nothing cool for me ..

And all you gotta do to get "Custom" billboard is
Get TXD Workshop , open gta.img in that get Paint ( you should already have it ) or any other picute modding or whatever program like PhotoShop and Gimp or wutevva , then in TXD workshop search for the BB file ( it should show BB picture on the left ) and export it as png to somewhere like desktop open that exported file in Paint or anyother image modding program and just "Customize" it and then save as png 24 ( if it ask to save 16 or 24 .. not sure if it does but it has to be png 24 i think ) and then just import it in TXD Workshop and save an voila you are done for free ; )

I sometimes make that too when I get really bored :O

Can be more cheap, but its nice.

Its right you can do with for free, but need of time and patience, its your choose buy or not...
