Title: Phand's skin request

SO I found a really sexy carcol and I was thinkin "I want a skin for this filthy bitch".

So it goes like this:
- /carcolor 0 1 on the NRG
- No logos
- a chain of skulls in the middle of the white strip on both sides of the bike
- some form of sexy brakes; idc wut.

I could make it, but if i make one its going to be 1 1, not 0 1. I can make the black stripe manually, though.
