They are thousand of sites about modding,cars, and stuff.
Idk whats wrong with u.
1.Option goto google and type in : GTA San car mods, and look wich tunable.

In future u better goto google and search it, dont open such "stupid" topics.

Most of the Carmods are not tuneable, i know it
you only can try to put the /automod off, then they should be work

not everyone knows Google, you can't tell me that when you first started on the computer you KNEW Google instantly? everyone starts somewhere.

uh dude cmon yea everyone starts somewhere but he knows about the forums, he goes on youtube, and you really can't say everyone starts somewhere this far into him joining WoS and cmon the current mozilla has google as the start page...google is one place i can bet 99% of people who use the internet will know about. just the word google makes you want to google it up.
anyway, yea i would google it if anything but im holding your highest choice to be - mod thats not tunable, and ur luckiest to be - mod thats not tunable on samp but on sp sa...im just sayin
