how do u make mods?
Model's:
To make different model's of a vehicle or weapon ect. You must have Z-Modeler or some other kind of modeling program, and TXDWorkshop. Extract the .DFF file and import it into the modeling program. Then edit it as you wish. Save the file and install the mod as usual.
I don't know where you can get one, since all I do is modify the texture's of object's.
Texture's: To make a skin for a vehicle/weapon/player, you will need Adobe Photoshop or some other kind of image editing program, and TXDWorkshop. Open a .TXD file and extract the image you wish to edit, then import it to your image editing program and edit it was you wish. Save and import the image back into the .TXD and install the mod as usual.
I might be making a proper tutorial later, but I have doubt's that I will.
